We are seeking an enthusiastic Commercial Account Manager to join our team!
What you will be doing:
You will act as the main point of contact for our customers. Acting as their trusted partner in the complex world of API integrations.
You will gain a deep understanding of your customer’s relevant business challenges while driving adoption of Cloud Elements solutions within your assigned accounts.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of core Cloud Elements solutions and contribute to future product direction.
Interact with CTOs, Product Managers, and Sr. Developers at our customers that range from SMBs to large Enterprises.
Prepare and present product demonstrations as needed - both canned and tailored - using Cloud Elements technology.
Work with Customer Enablement and Sales Teams on the adoption and expansion of Cloud Elements products and services.
Manage a portfolio of accounts and upsell opportunities in various industries and with a multitude of use cases as well as conducting Business Reviews and Account Planning.
Prepare, present, and negotiate contract proposals to your customer base.

What we would like you to have:
Excellent communicator – written and spoken. Comfortable and willingness to work in a team environment.
Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management and/or account management.
5+ years experience as Customer Success Manager, Account Management, Technical Account Manager, or Sales Engineer preferably with SaaS, Custom Software Development or related Cloud products.
Personable, outgoing and community-oriented – enjoy interacting with others (especially geeks!) in professional and social settings.
