We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Product team for our Hyderabad location! As a member of the Product team, you will be responsible for coming up-to-speed on the tools and technologies we use and will be expected to contribute to the product soon..
In this role you will be:
Building a “go to market” plan for the product to hand off to the development team.
Understanding Cloud and on-premise products in the CRM, ERP, Documents, Help Desk, Payments, Finance, Marketing Automation, Messaging, and SaaS markets.
Gaining hands-on experience with financial or ERP systems and understanding the workflow of the objects.
Acquiring strong knowledge of different financial and ERP use cases like Order to Cash etc.
Expanding your knowledge of API Integrations and Standards (REST, SOAP, OData).
Researching new endpoints and learning on the fly how the API’s work and how integration would solve a business problem.
Conceptualizing and building integrations.
Documenting everything - use cases, how integration would work to meet the use case, model the integration and how to do endpoint setup
Use our platform to build integration.
What we would like you to have:
2 -5 years of experience in collaborating with global teams
A zeal for research and constant learning
Stellar problem-solving skills
Understanding of agile methodologies, frameworks, and approaches
Awareness of continuous improvements and changes in management techniques
Technical acumen from either having roots in development or having sold technical products
Understanding of Integration Technology and Standards around APIs
Understanding of the SaaS market, including cloud services vendors in the CRM, Documents, Help Desk, Payments, Finance, Marketing Automation, and Messaging Markets, providers, and advisors would be beneficial.
Good to have: Project management experience
