Senior System Administrator (P/T - 20-30 hours per week)

Climb Hire is seeking a thoughtful, curious, strategic, and detail-oriented Senior System Administrator to support our operations and tech systems. This individual should like problem-solving, self-identify as a systems thinker, and thrive both in working independently and as part of a team. He/she will also be responsible for working individually with Climb Hire Staff to help them improve and manage their technology tools including Asana, Salesforce, and Google Suite; and for providing regular in-service learning sessions.
MANAGEMENT & STRATEGIC PLANNING (50%)
Manage, maintain, and operate all existing technology tools and associated operations. Current tech tools include Google Apps, Stripe, FormAssembly, Eventbrite, DocuSign, Zoom, Bitly, GoToMeeting, TechSoup, Twilio, Squarespace, Wepow, Outmatch, Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter), YouTube, Slack, Calendly, Dreamhost.
Document technology processes and procedures.
Direct the analysis and resolution of problems associated with staff technology and applications.
Oversee service providers and vendors as needed.
Serve as a hands-on escalation point to identify and implement solutions.
Partner with internal stakeholders to assess the short and long-term needs of the organization and work with external contractors as needed to implement requirements.
Administer Salesforce CRM applications Education Data Architecture, Volunteers for Salesforce, Appinium Learning Management System, Pardot; and general org configuration, maintenance, and user management.
Oversee the tech operations for the organization and prioritize the support and strategy behind new and existing initiatives.
Create and revise systems and protocol documents as required.
Lead vendor evaluation, selection, and management for technology projects; and ensure vendors deliver outstanding levels of service and support.
Troubleshoot problem areas in the application process
Help monitor and evaluate the existing payment tracking system and implement new changes as required.
Work closely with the Programs team to streamline processes (attendance, homework, stipends etc.) in Salesforce and create new processes as required.
Manage consultants to facilitate the resolution of bugs and errors in Salesforce
Coordinate with consultants to push forward Salesforce projects
Minimum 3 years of experience as a system administrator.
Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
Strong quantitative skills.
Ability to learn new tools and systems.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, Asana, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication skills, and the ability to engage and lead individuals across various teams with diverse and non-aligned priorities.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent at building relationships with individuals across the organization to better assess and prioritize needs.
Strong leadership skills, and the ability to evaluate and anticipate challenges and proactively communicate management protocols as needed.
Experience with selecting and implementing new systems.
