With our first location now soft open, we are focused on building our team to support rapid growth and open 2 more stores in the next 12 months. What We’re Looking For:
Clean Market offers IV drips, infrared saunas, cryotherapy, and cryofacials at our flagship location in NYC. We’re looking for team members who enjoy creating a welcoming environment for guests and working with clients in a one-on-one setting. Team members must have a passion for health and wellness, possess a positive can-do attitude, and be organized multitaskers driven to provide exceptional service. Guest service, hospitality experience, and/or spa experience is preferred. Part-time and full-time positions are both available.
Warmly greets and guides all guests through their services for the duration of their visit.
Answers telephone calls and provides scheduling and services information to customers.
Maintains a clean and spotless spa, including treatment rooms, floors, bathrooms, shower, reception, lounge, and locker areas.
Administers cryofacials and guide guests through cryotherapy experience.
Processes payments from clients for services rendered.
Executes opening and closing procedures as defined by Management.
Provides exceptional customer service to all guests in every scenario.
Assists in getting client feedback on experience and services provided.
Assists with inventory management- receiving shipments and putting away stock.
Assists with replenishing stock levels, including towels, slippers, bathroom towels, toilet paper, soap, and dusts and empties garbage as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience in Guest Services, Hospitality, Spa Setting or similar role
BLS certification is preferable.
Experience as a Spa Technician or LPN is a plus. Experience with Zenoti spa management software is a huge plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills

Passion for health and wellness and willingness to learn
Ability to thrive in a fast- paced, rapidly evolving environment
Ability to lift up to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
