Our flagship location at 54th and 2nd offers a functional cafe, modern apothecary retail market, and innovative healing services (IV drips, infrared saunas, cryotherapy, and cryofacials). We are dedicated to connecting our community with products and services that elevate health and overall wellbeing. 

With our first location now soft open, we are focused on building our team to support rapid growth and open 3 more stores in the next 12 months. Founded and funded by seasoned leaders in the wellness industry, Clean Market’s is fast becoming a destination for those looking to refuel and relax. Promoting and supporting the health and wellness of our customers and team members is at the core of our business. We are looking for diverse, passionate, and intentional individuals as we continue to rapidly build our company. We’re looking for a Services Lead to support the Services Business Unit Manager in driving a profitable and customer-centric environment, while supporting the overall flow of appointments and customer experience in Thermostat and Nutridrip. Team members must have a passion for health and wellness, possess a positive can-do attitude, and be organized multitaskers driven to provide exceptional service. Guest service, hospitality experience, and/or spa experience is preferred. Full-time availability is preferred.



  • Supports Services Business Unit Manager in achieving monthly sales goal 

  • Supports Services Business Unit Manager in their action plans to impact sales results on a weekly and monthly basis

  • Communicates priority customer feedback, facilities issues and allocation needs to Services Business Unit Manager  


  • Maintains a clean and safe working environment according to regulations + Clean Market standards 

  • Executes daily schedule, opening + closing procedures, and assigned shift tasks as directed by leadership

  • Supports each client through their services journey and experience ensuring impeccable service is always provided

  • Processes payments from clients for services rendered

  • Supports all deliveries + shipments within their business unit

  • Supports with inventory management + replenishing stock levels

  • Assists with special events as assigned


  • Provides exceptional customer service to all guests in every scenario

  • Shares valuable store and customer feedback with leadership to make improvements in the success of the store.

  • Welcomes all customers into the store with a warm and friendly greeting

  • Builds rapport with customers by recommending products and services that best suit their needs

  • Shares product knowledge with passion and integrity

  • Encourages customers to return to the store for another visit, service, product, or event


  • Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Possesses strong assessment and decision-making skills

  • Upholds all company policies and procedures, leading by example for the cafe team

  • Is a smart creative + entrepreneur, taking smart risks with measurable results

  • Provides business unit insight related to the customer experience 

  • Builds and maintains collaborative + productive partnerships 

  • Open to criticism and constantly striving to improve 


  • High school graduate or equivalent

  • Preferably 1-2 years of cafe or comparable experience 

  • Connection to Clean Market’s wellness driven mission 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment 

  • Possesses strong assessment and decision-making skills

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
