With our first location, we are focused on building our team to support rapid growth and open 2 more stores in the next 12 months. Founded and funded by seasoned leaders in the wellness industry, Clean Market is fast becoming a destination for those looking to refuel, relax, and restore. What We're Looking For:

Clean Market recently opened its first flagship location in NYC and is looking for retail market specialists that can share passionately about Clean Market’s diverse health and wellness products and provide customers with a superior in-store experience. We are looking for experience retail staff, preferably with a strong track record in wellness, beauty, or lifestyle. Part-time and full-time positions are available. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Welcomes all customers into the store with a warm and friendly greeting and guides all guests through the space for the duration of their visit.

  • Maintains a spotless store appearance. 

  • Actively contributes toward meeting and exceeding sales goals.

  • Records and accurately processes purchases using the POS system.

  • Executes daily schedule, opening & closing procedures, and assigned shift tasks as directed by leadership.

  • Provides exceptional customer service to all guests in every scenario.

  • Assists with inventory management- receiving shipments and putting away stock.

  • Builds rapport with customers by recommending products and services that best suit their needs.

  • Shares valuable store and customer feedback with leadership to make improvements in the success of the store.



  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 1 year of retail experience desired, ideally in wellness, nutrition, or beauty

  • Connection to Clean Market’s wellness driven mission 

  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment 

  • Ability to use the POS system accurately to check guests out (after training)

  • Ability to lift up to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
