CITY Laundering Co. is looking for a versatile, HR Manager to join our team. We are looking for a dedicated team-oriented individual that is ready to work in a fast-paced, growing industry. You would be responsible for all aspects of HR functions. Your goals will be to oversee the functions within the Human Resource Department and to maintain functions such as worker's compensation, unemployment, benefits, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance, among others.

Minimum requirements:

A 4-year degree or applicable experience plus at least 2 years human resource department experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Must be proficient in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A cooperative attitude, proven teamwork skills, interpersonal skills, and strict adherence to confidentiality practices. Must be able to relate to individuals at all levels within the organization and be sensitive to both employee and business needs. Ability to complete general office functions such as scanning, filing, typing, shredding, and word processing required.
