Position Overview
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a strategic partner across all levels of CINQCARE executing full-cycle recruitment with a focus on attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent. This role is responsible for developing and implementing innovative, data-driven recruitment strategies that align with CINQCARE’s growth objectives and support a scalable, high-performing workforce.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will play a key role in strengthening CINQCARE’s employer brand, enhancing the candidate experience, and building strong talent pipelines. This position will collaborate across departments to forecast hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and drive talent initiatives that support organizational priorities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong business mindset, a passion for people, and a track record of building effective, inclusive hiring processes in fast-paced environments.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition & Executive Recruiting and should embody CINQCARE's core principles: Trusted, Empathetic, Committed, Humble, Creative, and Community-Minded.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner should have the following duties:
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with hiring manager and organizational needs.
- Designs and execute role-specific talent acquisition strategies using a variety of sourcing channels including social media, employee referral programs, strategic partnerships, and targeted events to attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Owns and continuously improves the end-to-end candidate experience, leveraging automation and best practices to create a seamless, high touch hiring process.
- Supports recruitment marketing and employer branding efforts, partnering with Communications and Marketing to elevate CINQCARE’s presence across digital platforms, job boards, and community channels.
- Establishes and nurtures strategic partnerships with community organizations, universities, and workforce development agencies to strengthen local pipelines and workforce readiness.
- Supports the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) recruitment strategies to build a high-performing, representative workforce that reflects the communities we serve.
- Maintains recruitment performance dashboards, including KPIs, funnel metrics, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and pipeline health; contributes to annual TA budgeting and resource planning.
- Represents CINQCARE at key recruiting events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility and talent attraction.
- Stays abreast of labor market trends, talent intelligence, and evolving recruitment practices to ensure CINQCARE remains competitive in attracting top talent.
- Leads, coaches, and develops junior talent acquisition team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Owns and streamlines the offer process, including presentation, negotiation, and pre-employment onboarding coordination.
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and internal hiring policies, champions best practices for equitable hiring.
- Partners with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to develop and maintain up-to-date, compliant job descriptions. Performs other duties and special projects as assigned to support the People & Culture team and broader organizational
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment, high-volume hiring, and closing complex or hard-to-fill roles. Proven ability to design and implement scalable recruiting strategies, develop talent pipelines, and drive continuous process improvement. Strong understanding of market trends, compensation structures, and recruitment analytics.
- Technology: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms required; Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM platforms.
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present to and influence senior leaders. Skilled in building compelling presentations, data storytelling, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and consultative skills with a track record of building trust-based relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and external partners. Able to serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner across all levels of the organization.
The working environment and physical requirements of the job include:
In-office work (minimum four days per week) is performed indoors in a traditional office setting with conditioned air, artificial light, and an open workspace.
In this position you will need an to communicate with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Must be able to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Lifting of up to 10 lbs. occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Good reasoning ability is important. Able to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business.
