Position Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving CINQCARE’s enterprise FP&A activities by developing and maintaining comprehensive financial models, multi‑year projections, and performance analytics that support strategic planning and operational decision‑making. This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to produce accurate forecasts, evaluate financial performance, and translate complex data into actionable insights. The analyst enhances scalable FP&A processes, builds automated dashboards and recurring reports, and prepares executive‑ready presentations that inform strategic initiatives across the organization. By managing large datasets, performing scenario and sensitivity analyses, and supporting annual planning and budgeting cycles, this position ensures CINQCARE’s financial strategies are grounded in rigorous analysis, operational alignment, and sustainable growth principles.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, build, and maintain enterprise‑ and market‑level financial models to support FP&A planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.

· Prepare multi‑year financial projections incorporating volume assumptions, payer mix, reimbursement, workforce capacity, productivity, and operating cost drivers.

· Build and enhance scalable financial models and processes to support business growth and evolving FP&A needs.

· Perform scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to support forecasting, planning, and ad‑hoc analytical requests.

· Analyze actual financial performance versus forecasts, budgets, and pro forma assumptions; identify key variances and underlying drivers.

· Support the annual planning and budgeting process, including data gathering, model updates, analysis, and coordination across departments.

· Serve as a financial business partner to functional teams to support forecasting, performance reporting, and analytical needs.

· Build, maintain, and automate financial dashboards and recurring reports; track key financial and operational metrics and provide actionable insights.

· Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reporting packages.

· Build and enhance P&L models for new and existing businesses, including KPI dashboards and ad‑hoc analyses.

· Work with large and complex datasets, transforming financial and operational data into clear insights for decision‑making.

· Create executive‑ready presentations that distill complex financial information into clear charts, tables, and summaries.

· Identify opportunities to improve, scale, or simplify FP&A models, tools, and reporting processes.

· Participate in finance initiatives, including process improvements, ad‑hoc analyses, and periodic reporting activities.

· Maintain documentation of financial models, assumptions, and methodologies to ensure consistency, transparency, and repeatability.

Required Qualifications

· Education

o Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related quantitative field.

· Experience

o Demonstrated experience developing complex pro forma, multi‑year, and enterprise‑level financial models to support strategic and operational decision‑making.

o Proven ability to perform scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, stress‑testing, and risk‑adjustment modeling to evaluate financial and operational outcomes.

o Proficient in managing the full FP&A cycle—including rolling forecasts, variance/flux analysis, and KPI dashboarding—with the ability to identify operational and financial “levers” that drive sustainable margin improvement and cost efficiency.

o Prior experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Corporate Development, or a highly analytical FP&A function strongly preferred; ability to build “from scratch” financial models and decision frameworks for new business ventures and market expansions.

· Technical Skills

o Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex financial modeling, multi‑tab model architecture, and scenario/sensitivity automation.

o Strong capabilities in financial forecasting, scenario modeling, variance/flux analysis, and pro forma development.

o Experience analyzing healthcare financial and operational datasets, with the ability to translate clinical and operational data into actionable financial insights.

o Proficiency in building dynamic dashboards and data visualizations (e.g., KPI dashboards, pro forma performance tracking, operational metric dashboards).

o Experience working with reporting and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).

o Familiarity with financial planning systems or EPM tools (e.g. Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, Oracle EPM) is a plus.

· Soft Skills:

o Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and operational concepts into clear, actionable business insights.

o Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present financial analyses and recommendations to cross‑functional leaders in a concise, executive‑ready manner.

o Effective cross‑functional partnership skills, with the ability to work closely with finance, strategy, clinical, and operations teams to drive alignment and support enterprise initiatives.

o High attention to detail combined with an enterprise‑wide perspective, ensuring accuracy while understanding broader business impacts.

o Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal oversight.

o Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset, continually identifying opportunities to improve processes, models, and decision frameworks.

The working environment and physical requirements of the job include:

In-office work is performed indoors in a traditional office setting with conditioned air, artificial light, and an open workspace.

In this position you will need an to communicate with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Must be able to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Lifting of up to 10 lbs. occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Good reasoning ability is important. Able to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business.
