The Company:  

ChopShop ( is creating some of the best short-form action sports videos on the web today. Our globally distributed team of talented video editors is helping brands like RedBull, Arc’teryx and BlackCrows tell their stories through video, using content created by the athletes who represent them. ChopShop is focused on the action sports and outdoor industries today, but we will be expanding into other verticals and bringing life to social channels through video across the web. We’re based in Marin County, California, with outposts in the wilds of British Columbia, Canada. The Role:  Sales Representative

ChopShop is seeking a passionate salesperson to strike new deals and partnerships, selling our video editing services to brands.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Bring new brands and companies onto our platform.

  • Increase usage and spend from existing companies.

  • Refine our sales and contracting processes.

  • Assist in outreach to potential ambassadors and athletes to try ChopShop.


  • Extensive network of business contacts in the outdoor and action sports industries.

  • 3+ years of experience in consultative sales roles that required you to secure new partnerships, negotiate tough agreements, and maximize revenue opportunities.

  • Passion and enthusiasm for this role and what we're building.

  • Strong communication skills and sales instincts.

  • Contract negotiation experience.

  • Ability to balance day-to-day responsibilities with longer term strategic planning/execution.

  • A great teammate. We are a highly-organized and efficient team. You should be extremely well-organized and comfortable collaborating with your team to solve diverse customer inquiries and issues.
