Your Role as a Pediatric Speech Therapist (SLP or SLPA):

✔ Provide individualized speech and language therapy to children with diverse needs, including articulation, fluency, voice, language development, and social communication.✔ Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and families to create a holistic treatment plan for each child.
✔ Develop and implement engaging, results-driven therapy sessions.
✔ Educate parents and caregivers on techniques to enhance communication in daily life.
✔ Make therapy fun, creative, and effective for kids of all ages!

What Makes You a Perfect Fit:

🎓 Passion for Helping Kids – A love for children and making a difference is our #1 priority.✅ SLPs – Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology & California Speech Therapy License (CFY candidates welcome!).
✅ SLPAs – Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology & California SLPA License.
🌟 Organized & Adaptable – Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
💬 Excellent Communication Skills – Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

• SLPs: $65K–$115K annually, based on experience & performance.
