Children’s Therapy Network (CTN) is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our collaborative, therapist-led team in Ventura County, California. What You’ll Do
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy in speech, language, social communication, and/or feeding
Work closely with caregivers and interdisciplinary teammates to support long-term success
Use a streamlined EHR system for efficient, compliant documentation
Participate in team meetings and collaborative case discussions
What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Licensed or license-eligible in California
Passionate about supporting communication development in children
Skilled in documentation, collaboration, and clinical reasoning
Preferred Qualifications:
Pediatric experience in areas such as speech sound disorders, expressive/receptive delays, AAC, or feeding
Spanish-English bilingual
Interest in CF supervision, mentoring, or developing specialized therapy programs
