Role Overview:

Primarily based in our clinic, you have the exciting opportunity to occasionally work on school campuses or directly in client's homes, providing versatile environments to apply your skills. As a Pediatric Speech Therapist at CTN, you will deliver top-notch therapy interventions to help our clients achieve their developmental goals. You’ll be a crucial part of our clinical team, working alongside other healthcare professionals to provide impactful therapeutic services and education to patients, families, and caregivers.

Expectations for Our Pediatric Speech Therapist:

• Achieve 95% or higher in customer satisfaction surveys
• Meet 80% or more of set therapeutic goals by re-evaluation
• Fulfill 100% of billable hours as per your employment agreement
• Maintain a 90% or higher arrival rate for scheduled hours
• Ensure daily documentation is completed within 24 hours post-consultation
• Complete all evaluations and progress documentation within 48 - 72 hours of patient interaction

Requirements:

• College degree in a relevant field and an active PT license
• New graduates are welcome to apply

• Demonstrates compassion, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain focused for extended periods
