Annual salary for full-time PTs: $75,000–$120,000
Part-time compensation: $55,000–$75,000 annually

Your Role as a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT)
As a PT at CTN, you will provide 1:1 treatment in our fully equipped sensory and gross motor clinics. You will collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary colleagues to develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and support children in achieving functional goals such as navigating stairs, improving playground mobility, or gaining independence in daily life.
Key Responsibilities
Perform evaluations, re-evaluations, and individualized care plans
Deliver evidence-based PT interventions focused on motor function and mobility
Educate families and caregivers on home-based exercises and strategies
Document services thoroughly and submit reports on time
Participate in team discussions and collaborative planning for client progress
What Success Looks Like (Performance Metrics)

80% of proposed goals met at re-evaluation
100% of billable hours completed based on agreed-upon caseload
90% or higher client arrival rate
100% of documentation completed within 24 hours

Qualifications for Pediatric PT Jobs
Who You Are
Licensed Physical Therapist in California
Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (new grads with strong pediatric interest welcome)
Strong interest or experience in pediatric gross motor development
Clear communicator with families, caregivers, and team members
Organized, adaptable, and efficient with documentation
Passionate about helping children gain confidence and independence
Preferred Attributes
Experience with torticollis, toe-walking, low tone, or motor delays
Knowledge of sensory processing and early childhood development
Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus
Positive, team-oriented, and solution-driven
Comfortable in a fast-paced but supportive clinic environment
