What You’ll Do
Conduct pediatric PT evaluations and develop customized care plans
Deliver creative, functional therapy that improves mobility, strength, and independence
Collaborate with caregivers and team members to maximize outcomes
Track progress using a streamlined EHR
Participate in team meetings and cross-discipline case reviews
What We’re Looking For
DPT or MPT from an accredited program
Licensed or license-eligible in California
Strong interest in pediatric therapy and functional development
Clear communicator and collaborator
Efficient with time management and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with children with developmental delays, motor planning challenges, or sensory needs
Bilingual in Spanish/English
Interest in growing into leadership or mentoring roles
