Children’s Therapy Network (CTN) is hiring a Licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our therapist-led, family-centered team in Ventura County, California. What You’ll Do
Perform OT evaluations and develop child-centered treatment plans
Provide functional, play-based therapy to promote independence and participation
Partner with families and other providers to support whole-child outcomes
Document using a streamlined, therapist-friendly EHR
Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary discussions
Qualifications
OTD or MOT from an accredited program
Active California license (or eligible to obtain)
Passion for helping children gain functional skills
Organized and effective with communication and documentation
Preferred:
Pediatric experience, especially in sensory integration, fine motor delays, or self-regulation
Bilingual (Spanish-English)
Interest in mentorship, student supervision, or specialty program development
