Children’s Therapy Network (CTN) is hiring a Licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our therapist-led, family-centered team in Ventura County, California. What You’ll Do

• Perform OT evaluations and develop child-centered treatment plans

• Provide functional, play-based therapy to promote independence and participation

• Partner with families and other providers to support whole-child outcomes

• Document using a streamlined, therapist-friendly EHR

• Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary discussions

Qualifications

• OTD or MOT from an accredited program

• Active California license (or eligible to obtain)

• Passion for helping children gain functional skills

• Organized and effective with communication and documentation

Preferred:

• Pediatric experience, especially in sensory integration, fine motor delays, or self-regulation

• Bilingual (Spanish-English)

• Interest in mentorship, student supervision, or specialty program development
