Therapist-Centered Pay & Benefits

W2 employment with an hourly compensation structure, including:

• Separate pay rates for treatment vs. documentation and admin

• Productivity-based bonuses

Compensation:

• Full-time salary range: $65,000–$115,000/year

• Part-time range: $55,000–$75,000/year

What You’ll Do

• Provide engaging, play-based 1:1 pediatric occupational therapy

• Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with caregivers, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and assistants

• Provide caregiver education and home strategies to support carryover

• Document sessions and evaluations within a user-friendly EMR

• Bring creativity and a fun, child-centered approach to each session

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy degree and active (or eligible) California OT license

• Minimum of two years of experience preferred; new graduates welcome

• Pediatric and/or sensory integration experience is a plus

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Passion for working with children and families

• Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus, but not required

Clinical Performance Benchmarks

• Support children in achieving 80% or more of their therapy goals

• Maintain 95% or higher family satisfaction ratings

• Submit 100% of required billable hours

• Complete daily notes within 24 hours

• Submit evaluations and re-evaluations within 48–72 hours
