The Opportunity:

We are seeking Licensed Therapists to join our team at Children's Therapy Network. This entry-level position is ideal for motivated individuals who are passionate about making a difference in children's lives. As a therapist, you will work closely with children and their families to provide therapeutic support and interventions in a nurturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with children.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for children.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Engage and educate families on therapeutic strategies to support their child's development.

Desired Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field. - Current state licensure as a therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively with children and families. - Basic understanding of child development and therapeutic interventions.

Nice-to-haves:

- Experience working in a pediatric setting. - Knowledge of play therapy techniques. - Proficiency in additional languages. - Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices. - Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
