Children’s Therapy Network (CTN) is seeking a Licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing clinic-based team. This role is ideal for OTs who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in children's lives while working in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. Founded in 2004, Children’s Therapy Network provides Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapy to children across Ventura County. We operate fully equipped sensory clinics in Ventura and Newbury Park, CA, and offer a model that minimizes administrative burden so our clinicians can focus on what they do best—helping kids grow.

Your Responsibilities
Perform evaluations and re-assessments for pediatric clients
Develop treatment plans that focus on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily functioning
Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions
Educate and partner with caregivers to support progress outside the clinic
Maintain timely documentation in our user-friendly electronic system
Participate in team collaboration and interdisciplinary communication
What We’re Looking For
Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
Current (or eligible) California OT license
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
A purpose-driven mindset and genuine care for children and families
Experience with pediatric developmental delays, sensory integration, or autism is a plus
Spanish-English bilingual clinicians encouraged to apply
