This role is ideal for OTs who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in children's lives while working in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. We believe in supporting therapists just as much as the families we serve.

About CTN

Founded in 2004, Children’s Therapy Network provides Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapy to children across Ventura County. We operate fully equipped sensory clinics in Ventura and Newbury Park, CA, and offer a model that minimizes administrative burden so our clinicians can focus on what they do best—helping kids grow.

Competitive Pay & Flexible Hours

  • Annual salary of $95,000–$115,000 (W2)

  • Productivity bonuses for sessions beyond base targets

  • Paid documentation time and consistent weekly pay

  • Option to build a caseload that matches your availability

Professional Growth & Support

  • CEU reimbursement and specialty development support

  • Leadership opportunities for those interested in program growth, training, or clinical mentorship

Team-Centered Environment

  • Work with other OTs, PTs, and SLPs in a collaborative clinic model

  • Spend 80% of your time in direct care — we streamline everything else

  • Be part of a workplace where feedback is welcomed, your input is valued, and your well-being is prioritized

Your Responsibilities

  • Perform evaluations and re-assessments for pediatric clients

  • Develop treatment plans that focus on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily functioning

  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions

  • Educate and partner with caregivers to support progress outside the clinic

  • Maintain timely documentation in our user-friendly electronic system

  • Participate in team collaboration and interdisciplinary communication

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy

  • Current (or eligible) California OT license
