Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate pediatric clients’ fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
Design customized treatment plans for individualized goals
Deliver hands-on therapy that supports independence and confidence
Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers
Partner with other professionals to develop integrated care plans
Qualifications:
Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
Eligible for licensure in the state of California (new grads encouraged to apply)
Passionate about making a lasting difference in children’s lives
Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
Proficient with electronic documentation and time management
Preferred Experience:
Working with children who have special needs or developmental delays
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
