Charity Studio is a consulting agency focused on helping nonprofits with fundraising and other online campaigns. We collaborate with purpose-driven organizations to help them help others. 

Founded in 2017, Charity Studio has worked with over 100 Nonprofits from the U.S, Canada, Brazil, and Israel. Projects have included Facebook ad campaigns, event marketing, Peer-To-Peer Fundraising Campaigns, matching campaigns, and more.

Charity Studio leverages technology to power fundraising, marketing, and data management success for its clients. Charity Studio runs 4-8 online fundraising campaigns per month. We are responsible for setting up the fundraising platform, marketing the campaign, and providing fundraising support and strategy. These campaigns can raise from $100,000 to over $1,000,000.

Job Description

Charity Studio is looking for a campaign manager whose primary responsibility will be to coordinate and implement the required elements needed to make our client’s campaigns successful. The campaign manager will work with the designer, content writer, developer, and other team members to create an efficient and effective campaign.

  1. Manage project management software

  2. Coordinate tasks, remove bottlenecks and ensure due dates are met

  3. Develop processes and systems to enhance productivity and profitability

  4. Assist with setting up marketing elements as needed

  5. Providing support to the rest of the team as needed


Skills Required:

Technical Skills
Must have experience and a good understanding of technology, fundraising processes and marketing tools. They should be comfortable with setting up email campaigns, managing social media and managing and manipulating data.

Superb Organizational Skills
Must be able to ensure all campaign details are completed successfully on-time and on-budget. Willing to utilize project management tools efficiently. Ensure all client files and content organized appropriately.

Good Communication Skills
Provides clear guidance and communicates effectively with contractors, clients, and staff. Willing to ask for help or guidance as needed.

Campaign Responsibilities:

Matching Campaign Project Management & Implementation

  • Platform Setup
    Set up matching campaign platform for client, Make sure all settings are set up correctly, Add content to the platform. Communicate with clients on platform setup.

  • Email Marketing Setup
    Implement campaign templates, Add copy to emails and manage the sending of all emails.

  • Social Media Management
    Assisting in the planning of social media campaigns and assisting in the deployment of posts during the campaign.

  • Design Coordination
    Work with the designer and client to develop an acceptable design.

  • Copy Coordination
    Work with the writer to develop copy for the campaigns.

  • Day of Campaign Coordination
    Coordinate pre- and day-of campaign marketing. Work with client to make sure all content is released in a timely manner.

  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting
    Handle any technical support (donations, website issues) issues that come up during the campaign.
