  • Create and update production templates using Adobe Illustrator, based on pattern files from the Technical Design Team.
  • Add technical specs and decoration guides to templates for accuracy and consistency.
  • Support team members by answering questions, sharing updates, and ensuring all artists use the most current templates.
  • Check artwork files for basic quality issues before they are reviewed or sent to production.
  • Provide daily support to the India-based artwork production team and track order completion.
  • Communicate with key accounts to answer order or template questions and support file preparation.
  • Help onboard new team members by providing training tools and keeping documentation up to date.
  • Participate in meetings to help identify process improvements and suggest tools or software to improve workflow.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in production art, file prep, or design support; experience with sublimation is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and basic file setup for print production.
  • Understanding of garment templates, pattern layout, and design placement.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and tracking multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable reviewing artwork for accuracy and preparing production-ready files.

Competencies:

  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Proactive and dependable with excellent time management skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with team members across different locations.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
