About you:

You are an experienced Process Engineering who would oversee production processes, with manufacturing, and implement engineering solutions to improve product quality and cost-effectiveness, for La Vega.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, design, and improve manufacturing processes to maximize productivity and efficiency.

• Analyze production data and workflows to identify bottlenecks, process inefficiencies, and areas for cost reduction.

• Develop and implement process control techniques and procedures.

• Collaborate with design, quality, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and equipment.

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans for process-related issues.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Support the development and execution of capital projects and process upgrades.

• Maintain documentation of process changes, procedures, and work instructions.

• Provide technical support and training to production staff.
