You are Human Resources Generalist who loves also to recruit.
Your Role:
The HR Generalist is responsible for overseeing daily HR operations while ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and workforce efficiency.
This role serves as a key liaison between employees, managers, and HR leadership, supporting talent acquisition, compliance, health & safety, employee relations, and HR administration. The HR Generalist will also collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business needs.
You will have the opportunity to:
Oversee and manage the entire recruiting and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Ensure all new hire documentation is accurately completed and submitted.
Serve as a point of contact for team members, offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and workplace expectations.
Act as a liaison between HR Manager and employee - when needed, to address employee relations issues, including conflicts and grievances, while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Administer and monitor HR programs such as compensation, benefits, leave management, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with national employment laws and regulations.
Submit required documentation to the Ministry of Labor, including DGT3 and DGT4 forms.
Ensure the timely submission of termination paperwork to the Ministry of Labor.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge in recruiting and onboarding process
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Experience with HR software, attendance tracking, and documentation processes.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
