HR GENERALIST / RECRUITER

You are Human Resources Generalist who loves also to recruit.

Your Role:

The HR Generalist is responsible for overseeing daily HR operations while ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and workforce efficiency.

This role serves as a key liaison between employees, managers, and HR leadership, supporting talent acquisition, compliance, health & safety, employee relations, and HR administration. The HR Generalist will also collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business needs.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Oversee and manage the entire recruiting and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

  • Ensure all new hire documentation is accurately completed and submitted.

  • Serve as a point of contact for team members, offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and workplace expectations.

  • Act as a liaison between HR Manager and employee - when needed, to address employee relations issues, including conflicts and grievances, while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements

  • Administer and monitor HR programs such as compensation, benefits, leave management, and performance management.

  • Ensure compliance with national employment laws and regulations.

  • Submit required documentation to the Ministry of Labor, including DGT3 and DGT4 forms.

  • Ensure the timely submission of termination paperwork to the Ministry of Labor.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge in recruiting and onboarding process

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

  • Experience with HR software, attendance tracking, and documentation processes.

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
