E-commerce Associate

Sales | Hybrid in Bannockburn, IL | Full Time | From $55,000 to $65,000 per year

Position:

  • Responsible for profitable, sustainable growth of CHAMPRO brand through the lens of E-commerce
  • Provide exceptional customer service via email, chat, phone, and respond promptly to customer inquiries about products, services, order status, shipping, and returns.
  • Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and address any issues with shipping or order discrepancies.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company's product offerings, features, and benefits.
  • Ensure that product listings are accurate, complete, and updated regularly.
  • Assist in optimizing the user experience on the website, reporting any issues or inefficiencies.
  • Help with product photography and descriptions to enhance listings when necessary.
  • Leads the efforts to expand with Amazon globally, via Mexico, and launch Canada, and the EU
  • Supports TSM’s with select 3P Dealers that participate in E-commerce, expand scope to support 20-30 top partners
  • Assist in enforcement of limited MAP policy to ensure that key franchise styles are profitable for our customers
  • Leads the preparation for Sell In meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews; including historical research, pricing, presentations, and gathering of samples/imagery.
  • Responsible for moving closeout products through all possible channels, including new partnerships
  • Collaboration with planning, product, IT and marketing teams to ensure that all E-commerce partners within scope are set up for success and long-term growth.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in E-commerce sales, digital marketing, or related field; experience in retail or sports apparel is a plus.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth on major platforms such as Amazon, including international expansion.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms and online retail strategies, with a focus on Amazon.
  • Experience in managing international E-commerce operations, including launching new regions (e.g., Mexico, Canada, EU).
  • In-depth knowledge of MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies and experience in enforcing them across digital channels.
  • Familiarity with 3P (third-party) dealer relationships and the ability to manage and grow partnerships.
  • Solid analytical skills for historical research, sales forecasting, and pricing analysis.
  • Proficiency in creating sales presentations, reports, and other materials for business meetings.
  • Comfortable using E-commerce and CRM software tools; experience with Amazon Seller Central and related platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams (Planning, Product, IT, Marketing) to align strategies and drive success.
