Position:

This hybrid role blends design and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer-facing support and the ability to learn apparel design using creative software. Responsibilities include providing personalized customer service, managing phone interactions, gathering feedback, and revising proofs for custom sports apparel. Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and composure under pressure are essential. A passion for learning new skills in design and production is key to success.

Transferable Experience:

Specialty Product Sales, Packaging/Production Design, Technical Support, Junior Graphic Designers, Freelance Artists, Customer Service.

Key Skills:

• Customer Service:
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to deescalate issues and resolve customer concerns.
  • Document and act on customer feedback effectively.
• Graphic Design:
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Interest in apparel design and production art.
• Client Service:
  • Build relationships with frequent customers.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Seek guidance from internal teams for comprehensive solutions.
  • Proactively support customers' needs and go above and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Phone Support:
  • Manage customer calls, clarifying requests and ensuring design finalization.
  • Assist customers with design-related issues.
• Written Communication:
  • Respond to customer emails, explaining design concepts and providing updates.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication.
• Design Tasks:
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/InDesign) to create and modify designs.
  • Learn new design software and technical skills as needed.
  • Accurately document and review changes.
  • Collaborate with remote creative teams.
