POSITION OVERVIEW

Chairish Inc. is looking for a Trade Member Specialist to act as the face of Chairish’s Trade Program by being the first point of contact to all new members. In this position, you will focus on making a positive first impression with new Trade Members while educating them on all of our offerings and simultaneously discovering potential sales opportunities. You’ll partner with key members of our sales, merchandising and customer support teams to ensure we provide our buyers with an exceptional customer experience. This is a contract role with possibility of hire and remote eligible.


    Responsibilities

  • Welcome all new Trade Members to our Trade Program and make a positive first impression through outbound outreach

  • Educate buyers on our program while simultaneously discovering potential sales opportunities

  • Collaborate with various internal teams, specifically the Account Executives, to provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales process

  • Communicate clearly and set proper expectations both internally and externally

  • Maintain detailed notes on all interactions with buyers


    Your Experience & Skills

  • Ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner both written and verbally

  • Strong rapport building skills specifically over the phone

  • Familiarity with CRM systems

  • Collaborative team player

  • Knowledge of home design is a plus

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and work well in a self-directed, fast-paced environment

  • Organized and detail oriented

  • Proficient with web based platforms and tools such as Google Docs and GMail
