Chairish Inc. is looking for a Trade Account Manager to manage and nurture a subset of accounts that fall within a specific spend threshold in our Trade Program. In this position, you will focus on building relationships with new clients and cultivating relationships with existing ones while acting as a main point of contact for all buying needs. It is our goal to create an easy and delightful shopping experience for our Trade Members which subsequently will grow our customer base and revenue. You’ll partner with key members of our sales, merchandising and customer support teams. This role is remote and will report to the Director of Sales Operations.
Act as a point of contact to Trade Members that fall within a specific spend threshold to create customer satisfaction while driving revenue and repeat purchases
Effectively manage and influence this group of accounts through proactive and reactive outreach
Aim to grow as many accounts in your segment into Premium Trade Members
Manage and track sales opportunities via our CRM while maintaining an accurate pipeline and up to date records
Prioritize and organize day-to-day activities to ensure all sales quota and management objectives are met
Collaborate with various internal teams such as Support, Seller and Trade to ensure a seamless experience throughout the entire sales process
Communicate clearly and set proper expectations both internally and externally
Effectively handle unique projects and purchasing needs
Your Experience & Skills:
Minimum 2 years experience in Sales, Account Management or Business Development
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota and other KPIs
Familiarity with CRM systems
Knowledge of home design is a plus
Preference given to candidates with experience supporting an E-Commerce marketplace - including product lines, pricing, delivery times & methods
Understand the competitive landscape to best position Chairish in the market
Ability to multitask and work well in a self-directed, fast-paced environment
Demonstrate ability to influence external decision makers
Proficient with web based platforms and tools such as Google Docs and GMail
Strong time management skills and can effectively multi-tasking without negatively impacting quality
