POSITION OVERVIEW

Chairish Inc. is seeking a dynamic Trade Account Manager to engage and convert a subset of accounts within our Trade Program that have yet to start shopping with us. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for new and existing trade members, building strong relationships and providing personalized support to meet their buying needs. Your mission is to deliver a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience, driving customer satisfaction, expanding our customer base, and increasing revenue. This position will report to the Senior Director of Global Trade.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Conversion: Increase conversion rates of new trade members to meet specific spend thresholds on a quarterly basis.

  • Account Management: Manage and influence a portfolio of accounts through proactive and reactive outreach to maximize engagement and sales.

  • Pipeline Management: Track sales opportunities in CRM, ensuring an accurate and up-to-date pipeline.

  • Prioritize Tasks: Organize daily activities to meet sales quotas and achieve management objectives.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Support, Account Management, Chairish Trade) to ensure a seamless sales experience.

  • Clear Communication: Set and manage expectations effectively, both internally and externally.

  • Project & Purchase Management: Handle unique projects and specialized purchasing needs with precision.

Your Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a plus.

  • Knowledge of home design is preferred.

  • Experience supporting an e-commerce marketplace (including product lines, pricing, delivery methods) is highly desirable.

  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape to effectively position Chairish in the market.

  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.

  • Proven ability to influence external decision-makers and build relationships.

  • Proficient with web-based platforms and tools such as Google Docs, Gmail, and other online productivity tools.

  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks without sacrificing quality.
