Chairish is seeking a talented, self-motivated Project Manager, Brand Creative with strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. This position is a cross-functional liaison working seamlessly between departments, external partners, and vendors in a fast-paced, ecommerce environment. The Project Manager, Brand Creative oversees the creative team's time and resources, reacting to business needs accordingly. The ideal candidate has deep experience implementing strategies to streamline workflow to gain efficiencies, anticipating growth and responsibility increases as the business needs develop in project scope and volume. This is a contract to hire position and is remote eligible.
Manage the production schedules of all creative projects across channels and ensure that the proper processes are adhered to and deliverable timelines are met.
Manage the creative request process – reviewing briefs to make sure they are complete, working with the Creative Director to determine who will work on which projects, building standardized timelines for different deliverables, etc.
Partner with senior-level directors and other stakeholders to shepherd projects through launch.
Manage the creative queue, adjusting priorities according to the needs of the business. Regular sharing of queue with executives.
Work closely with the Photo Editor for projects that require shoots (video, photo) on timeline, deliverables, etc.
Continually identify opportunities to develop greater efficiency.
Regularly report back to stakeholders about updates on progress, relevant delays or issues, and budget implications.
Utilize project management tools, production methodologies, and leadership level dialogue to maintain tight schedules and high standards of quality.
Constant cross channel communication across multiple teams.
Self-motivation to deliver all assets on time and within budget
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Fluency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organization, collaboration, and project management skills
+5 years of creative project management or equivalent experience
Deep understanding of digital design and the development process
Knowledge of various print forms (e.g., direct mail, packaging and signage), processes, and techniques
Ability to remain calm and enthusiastic in a deadline-driven environment
Entrepreneurial spirit: this person should feel ownership over the position and should feel free to adjust process as they see needed.
A fluency in project management tools (Monday.com preferred)
