As Wholesale Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for providing a smooth onboarding experience for new clients, with a specialization in wholesale accounts. Your chief measure of success will be how quickly and efficiently you can support the Sales and Merchandising/Wholesale teams in shepherding priority sellers from commitment to actively listing products. You will quickly become familiar with the brand in order to provide uninterrupted and proactive service. Importantly, you will be responsible for accurately representing the seller’s product data on the Chairish platform and internally. You will proactively improve processes to make onboarding more efficient and effective. You will work with the Sales, Merchandising/Wholesale and the Production teams. Remote eligible.
Execute on an operational process for efficiently onboarding new sellers, with a specialization in wholesale partners.
Foster a positive relationship by setting expectations and responding promptly to any seller questions or concerns.
Rapidly develop intimacy with the client’s product data and how it can be best represented on Chairish, informed by the client’s Wholesale Partnership Agreement.
Understand the ins and outs of Chairish’s platform and present yourself as the subject matter expert when communicating with clients.
Develop positive, trusting, and collaborative relationships with clients by staying in regular contact throughout the onboarding process, holding the client to internal deadlines and ushering them through the process.
Act as the voice of the client and provide information as needed to the Merchandising/Wholesale and Production teams.

Ability to work cross functionally with other departments.
