POSITION OVERVIEW

Chairish, Inc. is looking for an Onboarding and Account Manager who will help onboard new sellers and support active sellers on the Chairish platform.  

This position will be a part of the sales team at Chairish. They will work closely with both outside sales and account managers to support new and active sellers on Chairish.  


Onboarding

This position will help usher new sellers onto the Chairish platform through listing/transcription assistance and education on the critical aspects of selling on Chairish. This position will be well-versed in the guidelines, rules, and processes around listing on Chairish and will help educate and guide new sellers through the process.  The success of the position will be measured on the efficiency and accuracy of new products and the alleviation of downstream issues.  

Responsibilities

  • Frequent interaction with new sellers through calls and emails

  • Availability to answer questions on the Chairish experience, including but not limited to account setup, transcription process, sales process, unique Chairsih features and the competitive platform analysis

  • Sharing key elements to successful selling on Chairish like product renewal, regularly posting new products, accurate listings and seller liability for inaccuracies, and markdowns. 

  • Taking action to make the transcription process easier and more efficient, both internally and with new sellers.

  • QA all new listings and make sure lal new products are listed effectively and accurately

Account Management

This position will also support key groups of new and active sellers on the Chairish platform.  This will include those who have been on the site less than 90 days and are not assigned to an Executive, those who are deemed to have the potential to be a high-performer, and those involved in a merchandising or marketing promotion on the site.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and conducting thoughtful analysis of their accounts routinely

  • Outreach, both proactive and reaction, identifying those that should receive more or less account support and acting on alerts

  • Availability to answer questions from this community of sellers and offer support when needed

The success of this position will depend on the inventory, sales, and satisfaction of their group of sellers as well as new account retention. This position will be the face of Chairish for these sellers, and as such, should be professional, positive, accessible, and kind.

    Your Experience

  • Familiarity with a CRM

  • Experience with excel analysis and retail math

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Familiarity with e-commerce a plus

  • Experience in customer service

  • Outstanding phone skills

  • A love of design
