POSITION OVERVIEW

Chairish is looking for an HR Coordinator to support the HR and Talent Acquisition team. The HR Coordinator will report into the HR Manager and should have a passion and understanding of general HR responsibilities with the desire and potential for future growth and development within the function. This position will be remote-first, with occasional office attendance required.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first line of response when for ad hoc questions and requests from employees and managers. Provide accurate, consistent, and timely responses and explanations.

  • Process employee data and conduct audits in Zenefits, our HRIS, and our other HR systems. Become a subject matter expert with these tools.

  • Assist in reporting internal data for HR projects and legal compliance.

  • Partner in planning HR Team meetings, programs and projects including, but not limited to, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and performance management. 

  • Lead recruiting coordination, including interview scheduling, maintenance of ATS data, and candidate communication, ensuring world class recruiting experience.

  • Own onboarding process from IT set up to new hire orientation.

  • Work directly with vendors and AP to acquire correct documents to process invoices.

  • Build creditability and trust among employees at all levels of the organization.

Your Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Human Resources.

  • Experience with recruiting coordination.

  • Experience working in a fast pace start up environment.

  • Experience using HRIS and ATS tools.

  • Ability to make progress in ambiguous situations and make confident decisions with a sense of urgency.

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Highly proactive in anticipating team needs.

  • Strong focus on customer service with confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in GSuite, PowerPoint, Excel/google sheets.

  • Independent management of daily work. 

  • Ability to respond to everyone with professionalism, compassion and efficiency.
