Digital Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

Chairish Inc (Chairish, DECASO and Dering Hall) is looking for a results-oriented and talented individual to join our Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator supporting our Online Media solutions (focus on Paid Search and Paid Social). This person will provide marketing and advertising support for the development and execution of customer directed digital, social and customer relationship marketing (CRM) communications. This role will support marketing objectives, strategy and on-time delivery by partnering with internal Marketing associates and external suppliers


  • Manage multiple marketing campaigns, including planning and tracking status, coordinating assets and reporting on performance across channels (search, social, display)

  • Support the scheduling of content for paid digital media properties

  • Coordinate with team members (Email/Social) to develop campaign plans and strategies

  • Create and maintain reports on key performance metrics for distribution to internal stakeholders

  • Gather and analyze data to write insights for ongoing reports and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Research, develop, and monitor keyword lists to support campaign optimizations, new products, site changes and promotional initiatives

  • Utilize campaign management tools to execute campaigns and improve overall performance

  • Assess and suggest appropriate landing pages for digital campaigns

  • Monitor competitor and industry changes

  • Support ad-hoc data requests for forecasting, billing, promotional performance, etc.

  • Perform various other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications, MIS or stats preferred but not required

  • Experience with Google paid search (text ads + Shopping), Facebook, Pinterest, and Programmatic vendors are preferred

  • Solid Excel/spreadsheet capabilities

  • Analytic thinker with a passion for data and analytics

  • Confidence in analyzing and acting on marketing data

  • Experience with Google Analytics and Amplitude is a plus

  • Copywriting experience is a plus

  • Basic knowledge of all current and future trends in digital marketing and communications platforms and applications

  • Have strong time management and organizational skills being able to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of DCM  campaign tracking software a plus, but not required.

  • Ideally at least 1-2 years with a web based, retail company
