Are you a Roadway Design Engineer / Civil Engineer seeking purpose, challenge, and talented colleagues? Join our center of excellence in the Transportation discipline and lead projects nationally. CESO is a small firm with large firm project opportunities: shopping centers, fueling and convenience stores, restaurants, urgent care centers and large residential developments, among others. We develop leaders and empower staff to use their gifts to impact the world through service – to our clients, to our families, and to our communities. We subscribe to the mission “finding purpose through serving others,” so if this speaks to you, let’s connect!
As a Roadway Project Engineer, you can hone your expertise as you design and manage projects of increasing complexity in year one and beyond. Our roadway projects include all aspects of storm water/drainage design, cost estimating, and coordination for right-of-way and utility impacts. We establish long-term, meaningful relationships with clients focused on building multi-unit national footprints and integrate with their teams to help them design, manage and develop their brand across the country. Working with your Project Manager and other team members, you will interact with clients and attend regulatory agency and board meetings. Our Project Engineers oversee the work of staff engineers, providing them with mentoring and guidance.
We develop and inspire our Roadway Civil Engineers through training and coaching on and off the job. At CESO we believe that work should be more rewarding than just a paycheck. In addition to a comprehensive benefit and compensation program, our work environments are warm inviting spaces to collaborate with your teammates. CESO is a principle-centered organization, thinking and acting in alignment with strong values of service, integrity and authenticity. We create memories and friendship through our employee and service events including lunches, birthday celebrations, outings, and community service opportunities.
Our Roadway Project Engineers have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited school and have applied their 5+ years of experience in highway planning, transportation planning, intersection design, drainage, signage, pavement markings and construction cost estimating. A Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is preferred. If you’re a wiz at AutoCAD and Civil 3D and have a passion for learning new things and solving complex problems, this is for you.
If you agree, we look forward to hearing from you! CESO is an EEO employer – M/F/Veterans/Disabled.
