At CESO, an Inspector assists with a wide range of shopping centers, restaurants, and convenience store projects within the United States. You will have primary responsibilities that include:

• Conduct in-field inspections and analyze data of existing parking lots and ADA accessibility.
• Provide improvement recommendations.
• Assemble remediation plans.
• Coordinate with construction teams through completion of improvements.
• Design construction documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position requirements include:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in civil engineering, or construction management preferred.
• No previous experience required.
• Experience in AutoCAD and/or field inspection is preferred.
• Valid driver’s License required.
• Travel required.
