As Business Development Manager, you will build our market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. Leveraging your technical knowledge to establish credibility with client contacts at multiple levels, you will compel your prospects to action through effective communication about our company and our capabilities and creating a sense of urgency to take action. You’ll be highly visible in key industry organizations, events and trade shows where you’ll identify trends and gain new leads and contacts. Within our firm, you will facilitate new projects with departments and managers to ensure effective hand-offs and contract integrations with business operations.

Our Business Development Managers are former civil engineers or have roots in the engineering and architecture industry. Self-driven for results, they have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills as well as a heart for service. Having analyzed their territories for high value accounts, they create pipelines and strategic account plans, actively network and apply their professional selling skills to negotiate and close opportunities.
