Caregiver - Laurel Parc

Assisted Living | Portland, OR | Full Time and Part Time

Job Description

Come join an exciting team of dedicated, fun, loving staff in our Assisted Living Department! We will train the right person! Seeking F/T and P/T Caregivers for all shifts. Must be able to work weekends.  We are offering a $250 sign-on bonus once employed for 90 days!

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 depending on experience.  

Caregiver

Caregivers are responsible for assisting residents with ADL tasks including: housekeeping tasks, making beds, assisting with personal laundry, showers, toileting, dressing, undressing, oral care, hair care,transfers and ambulation and any other needs addressed on the resident service plan.

Qualifications:

  • Have a passion for working with seniors!
  • Must obtain current CPR/1st Aid training (employer provided) &Oregon Food Handlers Permit
  • Must be able to work weekends and have some schedule flexibility
  • Must be able to speak, read and understand English
  • Caregiver experience preferred, but not required.
