Talent Sourcer-Part Time

Recruiting | Remote in Syosset, NY | Part Time | From $25.00 to $30.00 per hour

We are driven to help people feel more secure and more prepared for their financial future. We are seeking a highly organized Talent Sourcer (Part Time). In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying and engaging top talent for a variety of roles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sourcing, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Use Job Boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify potential candidates.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Review resumes and applications to evaluate qualifications.
  • Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  • Present a shortlist of qualified candidates to the recruiting team or hiring managers.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Track and report sourcing metrics and effectiveness.
  • Worked with Salesforce or any integration system to input candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role.
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques, tools, and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobScore or ATS systems).
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience working with Salesforce
