Website Project Coordinator

Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Website Project Coordinator is responsible for providing support to managers while learning the process of website development from design phase through taking the site live and post-live support. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating website updates, communicating with clients, managing timelines, tracking and following up on items.


  • Facilitation of website enhancements and updates
  • Project Coordination between various departments
  • Communicate with clients regarding web related projects
  • Facilitation of website updates
  • Quality assurance of projects
  • Manage multiple web projects at one time
  • Track all action items and recommendations, assigned and follow-up with the team members
  • Assist with one off tasks on an as-needed basis
  • Adhere to budget and timelines
  • Support Managers with tasks or requests that may come up
  • Build knowledge base including keeping current on the latest trends in the website development industry, SEO and hotel marketing industry


  • BA or BS from accredited college or university
  • 1+ years of experience in project management or web production
  • Computer proficiency in Outlook, PPT, Excel, MS Word.  Google Analytics, HTML knowledge and Photoshop is a plus
  • Strong time management skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to follow strict guidelines, deadlines and budgets
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Basic experience in website production and HTML
  • Basic SEO knowledge
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to work in a team environment
  • Demonstrates ability to complete multiple tasks concurrently and deliver results under pressure
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills – ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions
  • Strong overall business and people skills, including planning, presentation skills and business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interface with all levels and departments on a formal, informal, written and verbal basis
