Website Project Coordinator

eCommerce | Hybrid in Hyderabad, India | Full Time

Job Description

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as a Website Project Coordinator. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful execution of website projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of project management skills, technical understanding, and excellent communication abilities to coordinate tasks across various teams and stakeholders.


Job Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Assist in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate tasks and activities among cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, copywriters, and SEO teams
  • Assist team with content entry within the Cendyn CMS

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address identified risks
  • Proactively communicate risks to stakeholders and implement solutions to minimize their impact

Quality Assurance:

  • Enforce quality standards for website projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough testing and review processes to identify and address any defects or usability issues.

Communication:

  • Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Address client feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.


Requirements:

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of related professional experience, including Digital Project Management experience supporting cross-functional digital projects. Hospitality website experience is preferred but not required.
  • Professional maturity, composure, and emotional intelligence
  • Knowledge of project management/planning software
  • You thrive under deadlines, juggling multiple and competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent client facing and relationship management skills

Work Timings:

Monday through Friday from 12 PM to 9 PM IST to provide healthy overlap between India team and US team and supporting both to ensure adequate collaboration. This role will be working in Hybrid Mode and will require at least 2 days’ work from office at Hyderabad. Occasional evening and weekend work may be expected in case of job-related emergencies or client needs.
