Tier 1 Support Specialist

Operations | Boca Raton, FL | Full Time

Job Description

Job Purpose:

Provide technical assistance, training, and ongoing support to high value clients for a variety of web-based products and applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear and efficient client support/technical assistance via email and telephone to our clients
  • Effectively guide our clients through our products and assist with their requests
  • Assure that all client needs are met promptly and professionally
  • Manage hourly and daily vital processes
  • Create and update the support knowledge base
  • Other responsibilities will be assigned as required

Requirements: 

  • One year certificate from college or technical school or at least 3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Able to work independently and efficiently to meet critical deadlines
  • Must be able to multi-task and handle several cases at any one given time
  • Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, passionate about client support and extremely organized
  • Proficient with Windows Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, etc.), Salesforce.com and Internet related applications and services including, but not limited to FTP clients and web browsers
  • Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with strong sense of responsibility
  • Analytical reporting skills and basic technical writing ability
  • Able to type 40 – 60 WPM
  • Previous hospitality experience helpful but not required
  • HTML/CSS would be an added bonus.
