Team Lead - Talent Acquisition

Job Summary

As a Team Lead - Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, optimizing hiring processes, executing strategic hiring initiatives, leveraging innovative sourcing techniques, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process across technical and non-technical roles. This individual will drive recruitment strategies, ensure compliance, and collaborate with key stakeholders to meet organizational hiring objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and seamless onboarding, with minimal supervision.
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives to attract top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, provide strategic hiring insights, and influence decision-making.
  • Act as a strategic hiring advisor for high-impact roles across engineering, product management, and other critical functions, ensuring a focus on quality and speed.
  • Independently drive recruitment for entry-to-senior level roles, including leadership and niche hiring, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition within defined timelines.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing across multiple channels, including social media, employee referrals, networking events, and industry connections.
  • Utilize ATS and other recruitment technologies to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive automation where applicable.
  • Track, analyze, and present recruitment metrics and hiring trends to leadership, offering data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure strict adherence to organizational policies, industry best practices, and employment laws in all hiring activities.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining transparency, timely communication, and a seamless hiring journey.
  • Continuously assess and refine recruitment strategies, processes, and selection methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a proven track record of hiring top talent in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Expertise in Software, Services and IT industries hiring across multiple domains.
  • Strong management hiring experience with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, networking, and job boards.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in compensation benchmarking and offer management.
  • Data-driven approach to hiring, using analytics and recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment compliance, employment laws, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proven ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and meet hiring targets in a dynamic environment.


Preferred Experience:

  • Experience hiring for product-based companies, SaaS organizations, or global technology firms.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools like Jobscore, UKG, or similar platforms.
  • Industry-recognized recruitment certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter) are a plus.
  • Exposure to global recruitment and hiring across multiple geographies.

Work Timings:

Monday through Friday from 12 PM to 9 PM IST. This will provide healthy overlap between India team and US team and supporting both to ensure adequate collaboration. This role will be working in Hybrid Mode and will require at least 2 days’ work from office at Hyderabad.
