Senior Front End Developer

Development | FL/GA/Remote | Full Time

Job Description

Job Purpose:

Passion, knowledge, and experience within in the HTML and CSS, JavaScript. Knowledge of modern techniques and technologies and ability to work with legacy technologies as well. Cross browser/device coding and knowledge. Has direct working experience with front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or React.js. Crucial is the ability to work with a team and follow instructions and pay attention to detail is a must. 

Job Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

  • Proven knowledge and experience in web technologies, languages, protocols, tactics, and tools.
  • HTML, JavaScript, and CSS required, including responsive design experience.
  • CSS preprocessors like Sass and LESS.
  • JavaScript skills with knowledge of or actively learning ECMAScript 5 and up. 
  • Direct working experience with front-end component frameworks particularly Vue.js, react and others.
  • Experience working with third party component libraries.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Also, Visual Studios is a plus.
  • Understanding of cross browser/device testing.
  • Willingness to work with developer-oriented, front-end framework.

  • Problem Solving skills with the ability to analyze and review code.
  • Working with teams and communication skills. 
  • Aligning to structured process and operational guidelines. 
  • Mentoring and Learning with team members and associates. 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of at least High School level education and experience
  • At least 5 years’ experience authoring, maintaining, or developing in a web environment.
  • Familiar with Agile (Scrum) Software Development Process and methodologies
  • Related certification is preferred

  • Ability to pay attention to programming style and neatness
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A motivation to stay current in new web trends and technologies
