Director of Product Marketing

Marketing | South FL, Atlanta or San Diego | Full Time

Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Director works as a direct conduit between the product and global marketing teams. They will drive the alignment of both the go-to-market strategy and brand objectives to accelerate both sales and end user adoption. The Director is an expert in SaaS software and the hospitality vertical. They will use their expertise to drive successful product launches, develop customer presentations, sales collateral, monitor competitive activity, and form plans to increase global market share. This position reports into the SVP of Global Marketing.  We will consider candidates in South Florida, Atlanta, GA or San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide category management analysis to improve strategies and plans
  • Communicate value propositions and training tools to the customer
  • Develop and maintain customer facing and sales enablement materials for the global sales team
  • Manage the effective launch of new products, including communication and training
  • Partner with training organization to develop training tools including digital training materials for existing and new products
  • Steer the development of brand materials
  • Partner with product to ensure brand voice and vision is carried throughout the entire product line(s)
  • Utilize competitive trade promotion – field visits, market track analysis for product mix, promotions and pricing
  • Support meeting and/or exceeding international and company wide go-get revenue number(s)
  • Drive MQL production against established annual goals by product category
  • Drive SD SQL ACV as a portion of total sales funnel – related to established annual goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS product marketing is a must, ideally in travel technology or the hospitality industry
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and skills
  • Must be a self-starter who can work independently and drive projects forward
  • Must be highly organized and flexible, with ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
  • Must have a good understanding of digital advertising and event management
  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft technology stack
  • A valid international passport
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and skills
  • Must be a self-starter who can work independently and drive projects forward
  • Must be highly organized and flexible, with ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
