Digital Media Planner

eCommerce | Hybrid in Gurgaon, Haryana, India | Full Time

Job Description

Job Purpose:

As a Digital Media Planner, you are responsible for building a cross-channel strategy for delivering on client objectives and for ensuring that plan is executed, optimized, and evolved as needed to meet the changing landscape.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital media plans across various platforms, including display, SEM, social media, and programmatic advertising.
  • Provide data-driven rationale for digital media mix, budget allocation by medium, expected performance, and return on investment
  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify target audiences and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the account management and creative teams to ensure that the media plan aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Communicate data and insights through compelling reports and presentations, both internally and to the client
  • Manage relationships with media vendors and negotiate rates to ensure the most cost-effective media buys.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that our clients remain competitive in the marketplace.
  • Work with the analytics team to ensure that campaigns are tracked accurately, and that data is being used effectively to drive decision-making.
  • Manage budgets and ensure that campaigns are delivered within budget constraints.

Requirements:

Required Education and Experience:

  • Graduate from accredited college or university
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in digital media planning or buying
  • Experience with media planning and buying tools, such as DoubleClick, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads.

Work Timings:

Monday through Friday from 12 PM to 9 PM IST. This will provide healthy overlap between India team and US team and supporting both to ensure adequate collaboration. This role will be working in Hybrid Mode and will require at least 2 days’ work from office at Hyderabad / Gurugram.
