Certification Integration - Data Analyst

Product Development | Hybrid in Hyderabad, India | Full Time

Job Description

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Data Analyst with expertise in Data Integration and Certification Management to enhance our application development and maintenance. The role involves managing the certification process to ensure compliance with industry standards. You will be responsible for facilitating seamless integrations between clients and third-party vendors, ensuring efficient data transfer and system compatibility. Collaborate with clients on onboarding, piloting, troubleshooting, and monitoring of data-related processes and systems.


Job Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end certification process for software products, ensuring they meet all necessary industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to align the certification strategy with business objectives and integrate compliance into the product lifecycle.
  • Conduct rigorous internal audits and coordinate with quality assurance teams to guarantee that software consistently meets the criteria for certification.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and certification processes, providing guidance and updates to development teams to ensure continuous compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and business objectives.
  • Facilitate smooth integration between clients and third-party vendor APIs, ensuring compatibility and efficiency in data transfer.
  • Collaborate with vendors and clients to seamlessly integrate data systems, fostering optimal functionality and performance.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive client-facing and internal documentation for data processes, systems, and requirements.
  • Utilize SQL and Mongo experience to analyze data flows and relationships, creating detailed data maps for various systems and processes.
  • Evaluate third-party vendor APIs for data integration, working closely with vendors and clients to ensure compatibility and efficiency in data transfer.
  • Identify and resolve data-centric issues during testing phases, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.


Requirements:

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years’ experience with NoSQL Databases like: MongoDB
  • 3-5 years’ experience with relational Databases like: PostgreSQL, MySQL
  • Ability to write clean and maintainable documentation.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Proficiency in defining, redacting, and updating certification processes to ensure software compliance with the latest industry standards and regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and solve data issues.
  • Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work well in cross-functional teams, respecting opinions and contributing constructively to team goals.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work and testing rigorously before deployment.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Efficient in balancing multiple tasks and deadlines.


Work Timings:

Monday through Friday from 12 PM to 9 PM IST to provide healthy overlap between India team and US team and supporting both to ensure adequate collaboration. This role will be working in Hybrid Mode and will require at least 2 days’ work from office at Hyderabad. Occasional evening and weekend work may be expected in case of job-related emergencies or client needs.
