Senior Product Manager
Engineering | Remote (US) | Full Time
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, discovery, and execution. In this role, you’ll partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to define the product vision, validate customer needs, and deliver solutions that are both impactful and scalable. This is not just a delivery role; you will be accountable for solving real customer problems in ways that align with business goals and operational constraints.
The Senior Product Manager will contribute actively in Agile rituals and delivery execution, but their primary responsibility is to discover, validate, and deliver products that are valuable, viable, usable, and feasible. They own the outcome, not just the output.
You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives and work hands-on across discovery research, roadmap strategy, user story writing, and stakeholder alignment. You’ll also collaborate with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and operations to ensure what we build actually solves the right problems for both our users and our business.
Responsibilities
- Own product outcomes, not just feature delivery. Drive the success of the product by validating value, viability, usability, and feasibility.
- Lead product discovery in collaboration with design and engineering to deeply understand customer problems and rapidly test potential solutions.
- Partner directly with executive leadership, including the CEO, to align product strategy with company goals and market opportunities.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring prioritization reflects customer value and business impact, not just stakeholder requests.
- Write clear, actionable user stories and manage a well-groomed backlog that supports iterative delivery while preserving strategic intent.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, marketing, finance, compliance, legal, customer success) to understand constraints and ensure solutions work across the business.
- Be accountable for customer value and business viability.
- Define success metrics and regularly evaluate product performance to guide prioritization and iteration.
- Maintain strong relationships with users and internal customers; lead regular interviews, feedback sessions, and usability tests.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, tools, and partners to support delivery and integration of product capabilities.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and high-performance product teams through collaboration, feedback, and mentorship.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8+ years of experience in SaaS product management, with proven success in strategy, discovery, and delivery.
- Deep familiarity or experience with healthcare (other than pharmaceuticals) industry procurement, sourcing, and supply chain domain.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset such as prior product management experience with technology startups.
- Strong understanding of value risk (Will customers use/buy this?) and viability risk (Will this work for our business?).
- Comfort managing both strategic work and tactical execution: you can whiteboard a roadmap with the CEO in the morning and write user stories in the afternoon.
- Demonstrated experience leading customer interviews, usability testing, and A/B experiments.
- Experience collaborating with legal, compliance, or finance teams to support regulated product decisions.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to model product impact on revenue, cost, and operational complexity.
- Excellent communication skills; you align stakeholders and present product rationale clearly.
- Comfortable working with engineering teams and understanding technical constraints, especially in an agile context.
- Proficiency with and SaaS product management tools such as Aha!, ProductBoard, JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, and Lucid.
Why Join Us?
- You’ll join a product-forward company where discovery, validation, and customer experience are foundational to our culture.
- Your work will shape the roadmap and trajectory of a high-impact digital platform.
- You’ll collaborate with a visionary leadership team and a highly engaged cross-functional organization.
