Sales Development Representative

Company Overview & Role:

Casetabs is a fast-growing health tech start-up offering a centralized web-based solution for Ambulatory Surgery Centers. We help streamline surgical scheduling and care team coordination by eliminating manual communication methods like calling, faxing, texting and emailing. Ultimately, our software is enhancing patient safety, reducing FTE’s and increasing surgical case volumes to the ASC market. 

As we’re rapidly scaling the business and expanding our market share, this role requires aggressive cold-calling to help book appointments and spread product awareness to surgery centers nationally.  This is a great opportunity to accelerate into an account executive role within 6-12 months! This position requires a tenacious mentality and hard-working attitude to get the job done.


What We're Looking For: 

  • SDR who is fun, energetic and fearless on the phones
  • Ability to generate demo opportunities and spread awareness of product by calling a database
  • Maintain and prioritize a large pipeline in Salesforce
  • Quickly and thoroughly learn Casetabs’ product, the industry, and the industry challenges
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Outgoing, creative, optimistic, and has a solution-focused attitude
  • Early morning starts are a requirement as we call on east coast leads
  • Email follow-up to potential customers is a must



  • Minimum 1 year of sales development experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Extreme comfort in cold calling (70-100 calls/day)
  • Strong networking and time management skills 
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
