Responsibilities

Have a thirst for knowledge in tech

  • Challenge yourself to leverage our partnerships and reputation to gain an understanding of complex technology solutions
  • Ensure equipment is programmed and configured to client specifications (which sometimes our clients can't even explain!)
  • Puzzle Solving - Testing, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues with installed systems
  • Work closely with Project Managers to get jobs done
  • Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints
  • Test functionality of systems to capture issues before clients do
  • Review project Scope of Works to ensure quality and completeness of what we deliver
  • Make minor programming changes under the direction of an engineer or programmer
  • Fine tune audio, video, network, lighting, security, and really all tech systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Configure IP addressable devices to establish communication on a network
  • Perform client training and final job close out
  • Act as a customer liaison in absence of Project Manager
  • Create, track, and complete a project punch List
  • Ability to travel to various job sites required

Elite Client Service/Support Resource

  • Support all clients’ technical needs
  • Troubleshoot product issues and provide solutions/work-around
  • Conduct systems audits and analysis on the performance of the client’s managed system environments

Company Certification Holder

  • Obtain certifications on all product lines we carry as required by manufacturers

Requirements

  • Willing to learn about how tech works
  • Interest in learning how to program systems
  • Ability to diagnose complex system problems (If you enjoy puzzles you are a good fit)
  • Conceptual understanding of signal flow
  • Understand IP networking
  • Advanced PC proficiency
  • Effective communication and interaction with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent multitasking capabilities while adapting to changing priorities
  • Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines
  • Solid organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Valid Driver's License and clean motor vehicle record
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to regularly climb and work from ladders; lifting equipment, tools, and materials
